1. Trust… because without it, nothing else is possible.

    2. Writing. Writing forces us to clarify our thoughts into sharable and scalable ideas.

    3. Doing long term things with long term people.

    4. Do Hard things. Have the courage to be a beginner, to be uncomfortable, to fail. We all have to start from the beginning of something. it’s not about what it is, it’s about the venturing into the unknown in places you’re not familiar with and push ourselves, and learn and grow.

    5. Take Action. A man asked Mozart how to write a symphony. Mozart replied, ‘You’re too young to write a symphony.’ The man said, ‘You were writing symphonies when you were 10, and I’m 21.’ Mozart said, ‘Yes, but I didn’t run around asking people how to do it.’ The only way to write a symphony is to write a symphony. Nobody can do it for you. Furthermore, if you ask other people how to write a symphony, your composition is unlikely to be original; it will probably just sound the same as the person you asked to do your job for you. There is never a perfect time to take action. Act instead. If you don’t step forward, you will remain in the same place.

    6. Quality. If you think about the role of randomness in the world, there's so much that's not in your control. But one thing that's within your control is the quality of your output. You should have a simple goal of putting out a product that's the highest quality you can.

    7. Curiosity. Be curious, not judgmental.

    8. The Power of “Yet”…”We don’t know, yet. We can’t do it, yet.”

    9. Betting on ourselves. Don’t live someone else’s dream. Pick yourself.

    10. Failure. Don’t fail to try. “Try and fail, but don’t fail to try” Fail by trying.

    11. Showing up. Consistency isn't simply willpower, which comes and goes. Consistency is doing it when you don't feel like doing it.

    12. Simplicity. If you can’t explain to a six year old, you don’t understand it yourself.

    13. Alignment over Consensus. Don’t seek for others consensus; instead, make sure all opinions and data is presented so decision makers can act with higher probability.

    14. Explicit Communication. Don’t assume or imply; make sure communications are clear and direct.

    15. Authenticity. Being who you are is about being honest. You can’t change the people around you, but you can change the people around you.

    16. Speed. Go fast. The faster you move, the faster you learn. Faster you learn, the faster you iterate. The faster you iterate, the faster you are to market.

    17. Preparation. Good luck is a product of good planning.

    18. Accountability. Excuse making is contagious. Answerability starts with you. If you make excuses so will those around you.

    19. Adaptability. Consistency is crucial, but you must be quick to adjust to new challenges that defy the old solutions.

    1. Nothing happens at home. You have to make an effort.

    2. If it takes less than 2 minutes, just do it.

    3. I don’t know” allows for better decisions because it removes the need to be right or wrong, and instead allows you to consider alternative outcomes and possibilities, ultimately increasing your odds for the outcome you seek.

    4. Attract; don’t chase. Never go in search of Love, go in search of life, and like will find you the love you seek.

    5. Be here, now. This is the real secret of life…to be completely engaged with what you are doing in the here and now. And instead of calling it work, realize it is play.” - Alan watts

    6. Don’t focus on the problem. Problems are everywhere. If we only think about what isn’t working, we’ll forget about what is.
